It would be ideal if you read this arrangement cautiously. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Wireless Citi Inc. We, at Wireless Citi, are committed to customer satisfaction.
If the event that you are purchasing Mobile Sim card from us, at that point, you concur and comprehend that these sim cards must be initiated(Activated) and subsidized(funded) with the respective carriers within 30 days of purchase.

Wireless Citi, just permits max 10 SIM card buy for every request per end buyer.

WirelessCiti is a retailer and not liable for service issues from the carriers.

Any information missing would result in the cancellation of the order.
All Sim cards purchased through WirelessCiti can be activated either by calling our customer service at 1-877-330-0844 or by submitting a request at our website https://www.wirelessciti.com/ or by calling respective carrier customer service.
Except if noted in any case in the requesting pipeline WirelessCiti, dispatches all items within two days of receiving order You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
General Return/Exchange Guidelines:
Please contact us at email@example.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.
All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that were originally shipped with the product.
If your return/exchange includes batteries, please contact us for details on proper shipping procedures.
Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times.
You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer.
Following are the return guidelines:
30 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
Head to the nearest UPS Store or FedEx® Office & send your purchase back to Wireless Citi Inc.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards and downloadable software products. These goods are identified on the website and during the ordering process as being non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, within 72 hours.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)
90 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at, firstname.lastname@example.org Defective products may only be exchanged within 90 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect. In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. If Wireless Citi, determines that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement product to reach you may vary.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. The gift certificate may be used toward purchases from WirelessCiti.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be liable for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Wireless Citi Inc will be deducted from your refund.
Contingent upon where you live, the time it might take for your traded item to contact you may change.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Undelivered/Lost in Transit Packages:
WirelessCiti will re-ship all orders free of cost to customers if the order is undelivered/Lost in transit due to the shipping carrier's failure. A shipping address verification will be required to be completed by the customer to re-ship another package to the customer.
